Osteopathic Manual Therapy

Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT) involves working with the body to promote health, healing, and well-being.

Through joint and organ manipulation or gentle oscillations, OMT helps to correct biomechanical dysfunctions related to neuromuscular or systemic complaints.

Initial Visit

60 minutes | $130 + tax

To treat the whole body, we must evaluate the whole body! Your first visit will involve a complete review of your health history and present complaints, followed by a thorough evaluation of your current physical state of being. Treatment based on the findings will follow, keeping in mind your health goals. Habit changes, health suggestions and exercise prescription may be provided as necessary.

Follow-up Session

50-60 minutes | $130 + tax

Each session will begin with a discussion of the progression of your health goals and a physical assessment. Treatment will follow and may entail the us of a number of approaches such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, cranio-sacral techniques, and visceral manipulation. Treatment tends to feel gentle, leaving you feeling very relaxed by the end of the appointment.

Child Session

20-30 minutes | $65 + tax

A more condensed session for infants and youth under the age of 12.

It is helpful if snacks/toys/cherished items are brought along to make them comfortable.
