Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT) involves working with the body to promote health, healing, and well-being. Through joint and organ manipulation or gentle oscillations, OMT helps to correct biomechanical dysfunctions related to neuromuscular or systemic complaints.   

OMT is a very gentle and safe practice that is effective for

individuals of any age and functional capacity. 

 

The objective of OMT is to encourage mobility and normal interrelationship of all body systems by ridding of dysfunctions. By restoring proper mechanics to an area, fluids are able to flow normally and function improves; ultimately reducing pain and permitting normal function.

OMT is a holistic manual therapy that complements other therapeutic practices.

Treatments

Initial Visit

For new clients.

Your first session will entail a discussion of your health history, health goals, physical assessment and treatment. Lifestyle suggestions and exercises may be discussed. 

 

Follow-up Visit

For return clients.

Each session will begin with a reassessment and reevaluation of your health goals! Treatment will then follow.

Youth Session

For infants, toddlers and children under the age of 10.
